SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time for Shipping:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

We generally offer "Free Shipping" for all our orders.

    Due to high order volumes, occasional delivery delays of up to 4 business days may occur. *We do not guarantee shipping times.

    Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    Damages

    If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a photo and email us the picture immediately at support@fetchandfurry.com. We will only replace damaged items within 24 hours of being marked as "Delivered". Please also read our Return Policy!

    If the address is incorrect...

    Sometimes a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address. In this case, the package will be returned to us. In this situation, the package is not lost; please contact our customer service! support@fetchandfurry.com

    If only part of the order is delivered...

    If an item is missing from an undamaged package, please also contact our customer service!

    If your order shows as "unfulfilled"...

    If the order shows as "delivered" but has not been received...

    Please wait 5 business days after the last update to open a ticket with our service team.

    If a delivery was made to an incorrect address...

    If the shipping address was correctly entered during checkout at fetchandfurry.com but the package was delivered to an incorrect address, please also contact our customer service.
